Genny Zentella is a low income, disabled senior living with severe rheumatoid arthritis who has her house in San Pablo for 30 years. Like many, in 2005 she was the victim of a predatory loan and after years of fighting, Wells Fargo refused to give her a loan modification and foreclosed on her. Now she is facing eviction as her home was recently sold to realtor and house flipper Asha Gill. Asha wants Genny out.

Genny's hands and feet have significant joint deformity as a result of severe rheumatoid arthritis. Additionally in April Genny fell ill with Bell's Palsy as a result of the stress of losing her house.

Genny is requesting the court grant her a stay so that she can find a place to live. She says she is prepared to rent the house in order to stay.

CALL AND TEXT her landlord Asha Gill at (510) 774-6563, the new owner of Genny's house and tell her or leave her a message saying....

"My name is _______ and I am calling to urge you to let Genny Zentella stay in her home at 2363 Shannon Ave., San Pablo and rent it at an affordable rate. Genny is a disabled senior living with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and Bell's Palsy. She has lived in her home for the past thirty years. She has no place to go. I urge you to stop this unfair eviction and let Genny Zentella rent her house for an affordable rate. Thank you"
