UVA Baseball is 25-7 overall and looking strong at the plate. Pitching needs to improve. Tennis, Lax, Golf & Crew are winning!

Cavs play Colorado St Rams at 9 pm on Tuesday in Dayton. Hoping the new opponent will light a fire in the team! Tony Bennett is looking for better ball movement, good screening, better rebounding & much better shooting, especially from the FT line. Proud of the UVA Baseball, Tennis, Lax teams! Lots of big wins last weekend.

Special guests are BOBBY STOKES, MD, JAMES IRELAND (Alumnus Men's Lax Goalie) & Dr BOYD RAWLES (Ortho Virginia Injury report). UVA Hoops dropped out of the polls after falling to Pitt by 11 points and slipping past Wake by only 2 points. UVA Lax is #3 and looking strong. UVA Baseball is 3-0 after sweeping Hofstra. Buchanan's Dad passed away over the weekend, so ODU game moved to 2/21. UVA M Tennis fell to OSU in ITA semis.

UVA Baseball lost series to the CANES. UVA M & W Tennis won 4 matches. UVA Football rolls onward with Spring practices and the Spring Scrimmage at Scott Stadium (4/23 @ 4 pm). The Spring sports are in full swing. UVA Baseball is rolling with 25-3, 9-3 ACC. The ACC is represented in the NCAA Hoops Title game by the Heels. Have to think taking UNC and the 4 points works well. Go Hoos!

Breaking news....UVA Football's Spring game has been renamed the Blue-White Scrimmage. It will be held on Saturday, April 23rd @ 4 pm. Gates open at 2:30 pm. Autographs session after the scrimmage. Free admission & parking. Go Hoos!

Another big ACC Tournament show today at 5 pm. Frank will report from the Barclay's Center while Hobbo holds down the studio in RVA. Special guest MARK NEWLEN will chip in. UVA faces a real challenge tonight when they tangle with the #3 seed Tar Heels. This game promises to be a good one, if the Cavs can get off to a good start. For UVA to win, they must drain some 3s, keep Bacot under wraps and manage the clock. Go Hoos!
