ADHD and autism aren’t just medical issues – they’re political ones too.
We need a leader who truly values mental health, someone who prioritizes access to care, advocates for more research, and listens to us.
Under strong, empathetic leadership, we can make strides in mental health support and awareness.
But progress desperately needs to continue. We know what happens when a president divides, dismisses, and even pokes fun at those who are different.
We’ve seen it, and we’re done with it. That kind of leadership hurts real people – our people. ADHD and Autisyic individuals deserve more research, more respect, and more resources.
Our community deserves acceptance, not conspiracy theories that undermine our experiences.
Let’s keep pushing forward. We are never going back. Mental health IS political. Make your voice heard this election. Get out and vote. It matters so so much.

Here’s a few tips you can take action on right now. These are tips and strategies to reach a TARGET audience that have helped me grow from 0-32k in 18months and are helping my students grow their communities by the thousands.
They work!
✅ Consistency is key. I know that’s not something we neurodivergent creators love hearing but it’s true. It’s better to post a few times per week regularly than it is to blow up your feed with 20 Reels in a week and then ghost for the next month.
😜 If you go Reel crazy and create a ton of content, draft them and spread them out on a schedule that you can maintain comfortably.
✅ Be real. People connect with real personalities. Stop worrying about being perfect and let your humor and quirks shine through 🩷
✅ Use Viral Strategies. Keep your Reels concise and cut anything you don’t need. For growth, focus on relatable and shareable content.
Use an engaging text and visual hook and show your face whenever possible. You don’t have to look fancy- just let em see who you are!
✅ Optimize Content. Tailor your posts to the exact dream client you want to attract. Don’t try to please everyone. Get ultra specific and talk to THAT person.
✅ Engage. Reply to comments, connect with people in DM’s (note that I didn’t say run and sell to them). Start conversations and ask questions and talk to people like they’re your friend (because they are now!!).

It doesn’t mean we love you any less! Time just gets away from us, and our brains get caught up elsewhere. One day we’ll come across a meme like this, and it’ll remind us to reach out. When we finally see you again, it’ll feel like no time has passed.
If your ADHD friend disappears for a while, it’s not personal. Trust us, we feel a lot of guilt about it, which can make it even harder to break the silence. But when we do reach out, we hope for grace and understanding. We love deeply — we just experience time differently.

If you’re an A(u)DHD solopreneur, you probably know the struggle.
You want your content to *hit*—bring in those dream clients, grow your IG, and maybe even (gasp) lead to sales. 😅
But when your brain’s in overdrive & the algorithm’s acting like you’re invisible? That’s a special kind of meltdown recipe.
It’s easy to spiral into the ‘why-do-I-even-bother’ zone. But, friend, trust me… YOU are not the problem.
✨Here’s some advice:
🎯 Stop aiming for perfect. Real talk: Practice > Perfection. The more you post, the better you’ll get. Your audience actually loves seeing you *in progress*.
💡 Rework your flops. That Reel didn’t hit? Dude, No worries. Turn it into a carousel, a caption post, or even a meme like this one! Stretch that content out & save yourself the some spoons while trying something new.
📈 Pre-post engagement is key. Spend 15 minutes before you post, leaving some love on other people’s stuff.It boosts visibility & let’s the algorithm know you’re alive & kicking. Win-win.
🧪 Use frameworks & formulas. When you know what’s working, keep repeating the formula & build a framework so you’re not working from scratch every time. This caption? Yep its using my custom framework- so it took me less than 10 minutes to write.
