GameTalk with Ethan LIVE (the livestream) is going on indefinite hiatus. Between the headaches from the technical issues and the impact on my mental health, it's just not worth it. I've been so worried about gaming on stream and continuity and finishing games that I started only on stream, I've almost lost my love of gaming or the ability to play what I want when I want. I would agonize over game choices. It's not healthy, and I just want my hobby back. Thank you for reading and thanks for your understanding.

I know it seems that a majority of my post are super negative, or that I'm down about things, but in the grand scheme of it, I'm doing okay. My big PC scare over the weekend was resolved, I'm alive, I'm operating the best I can at work, and I'm just giving everyday my best effort.

The storytelling in Final Fantasy XIV continues to impress me. It has tons of heart, and is easily one of the best stories in Final Fantasy period.

To family and friends, please be aware; Tonight I received an email from an "Abner Shepherd". It contained passwords from various accounts, some of which are my older passwords. The email also contains a .pdf file and a picture file. If you receive a similar e-mail, DO NOT OPEN THIS FILES. They backdoor some pretty viciousalware onto your system in an attempt to steal more of your personal information. This malware attacks your browsers stealing bits of code that can contain personal information like card information and logins to various websites, incliding bank and identifiers. Please be smart and careful about random emails, even if they might contain this information. Also, just to be on the safe side, change your passwords for everything. Do not download anything that you can't verify is from a trusted source.
