Hey, did you just go to a networking event?!

Networking events are a great way to meet people, learn about new opportunities, and make connections but It's important to remember that networking is a two-way street. You're not just there to get yourself and your brand known or make the sale, you're also there to build relationships and help your fellow networkers grow and succeed!

Tagging your networking group after a networking event is a great way to get more exposure for yourself and the organization you're working with or your business. It also helps other people find your post, which means they can follow you and learn about the group and their events!

That's why it's SO IMPORTANT that you tag your networking groups when you post after an event. If they've helped you, then they'll be more likely to help other people out too and they'll be grateful that you tagged them on your post!

Did you know Instagram carousel posts have become a hot favorite social media content type and are growing in popularity like never before? Back in 2017, 3 to 4% of Instagram content consisted of carousel posts. But in July 2020, the ratio shot up to 19%, which was almost tripled!

Users can share up to 10 photos in a carousel post and add a call to action on the first page. This will let the user swipe left to read more about the particular topic.
Carousels hit engagement rates between 1.65% and 5.40%, depending on follower size.

Turns out all it takes is a little Instagram magic to get the wheels turning 🎠😉

It’s Friday baby!! 🥂What or whom are you celebrating this week?

I am celebrating and dedicating this post to my teammate, who keeps me sane, beautiful niece and Marketing Director, Yahaira Gil] which I am so proud of! I would be lost without her.

She works so hard and wears many hats taking responsibilities that come with being a mother of 2, especially to a child in the spectrum, wife and working mom. She volunteers so much time and energy into the Autism Spectrum Community and is the proud PTA President of , where her son Matthew attends school.

When I saw this email she received, and knowing the tough week she had with virus challenges at home and still wanting to take care of her work, I can’t help but have such powerful admiration for her dedication, to EVERYTHING that’s important to her. And always with a positive attitude.

As she quoted, “This is my manifestation on my word of 2023.. 𝑰𝑵𝑽𝑬𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑫!
I said I will be invested in the things that mean the most to me. And even with a stomach virus, I was present for my community. Because autism doesn’t stop because one is sick. And the awareness and resources are so important.”

Beyond proud of you Yahaira Gil] and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to work side by side with you! I have learn SO MUCH thanks to you 🫶🏽

Coquito is a seasonal and a purely Puerto Rican rum, spices and creamy coconut drink! Every sip makes it clear. It is usually a party after a drink! Coquito means, “Little coconut” but you’ll want more than a little 😂 Here some call it the Puertorican eggnog but after you try Coquito you might not touch eggnog again, hehe..

The main ingredients are:

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups (1 15 oz can) cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup white Don Q rum
cinnamon sticks for garnish

Mix and put in an empty bottle of wine, shake, shake, shake and chill in the fridge.. Then shake, shake, shake y salud!

Coquito is the way to our hearts! It's a taste of home during Christmas time and a way to celebrate together! 🇵🇷
