Huge thanks to my son and Amanda and Brian's son for taking care of the parking situation! I failed to mention them in the video. They did the best they could. So we thank them. NYE party event parking will be much better.

When I got the grand idea to host a pop-up sip & shop to help promote this brand new venue, I knew it would be great but I didn't realize how awesome it would totally turn out!!! Today's Christmas Market Madness at the Hidden Bridge Resort venue in Midlothian was a HUGE success!!!
I partnered with Stephanie Glazener of Majestic Treasures & Memories to pull this off. She was the photographer on-site for the Santa photography session in her studio at the venue. Brian and Amanda Carswell of Spellbound entertainment assisted me with greeting everyone, passing out raffle tickets and taking on the role of Santa! Margie's Pudding provided delicious complimentary treats for our event. Lisa Layne Stewart was our local celebrity performer on-site, though she didn't sing, she was there to meet everyone. Unable to secure a food truck, Travelin' Tom's Coffee of NW Ellis Co. took on all responsibility of beverages for everyone. My son Antonio did a fantastic job handling the parking situation. Yongie of Yammie's Designs provided face painting for the kids. And Charlotte of VBS skin and massage provided chair massages for everyone.
There were so MANY incredible vendors at this event. They had their best set ups and spoke to everyone. We got really good feedback from everybody and they all can't wait for the next event!
And then...I found out after it was over that 6th season American Idol winner Jordin Sparks attended our event!!!!
She saw it on FB and came on over, so yes Advertising Works!!!! My heart is full, my feet and legs are aching and my eyes are heavy but I'm so super grateful for EVERYONE who participated or shopped at this event!!!
We gave away so many raffle prizes!!!!

Final trivia gig of 2024 with a short, fun Christmas trivia and then on to the White elephant game with our dedicated teams!! We had 34 players for the gift game! It was so much fun!!! We will resume on Jan 7th!!
I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy new year!!!
Oops! I forgot to tell y'all the Fa La La's won 1st place, the Army, won 2nd and the Young Guns won 3rd!

This is ALOT to post for this particular event and yes there are 10 posts!!!
Not only have I known this family for years and years, but we are all a part of the ECSO family so all of this is a very special event for us when we see these two lovebirds finally tie the knot!
I'm so grateful they asked me to be a part of it, even more grateful they trusted me and my team would take care of everything we could for them.
Rodney and Mackenzie took vows at the Old Bison Ranch. Her cousin (& my bonus son) Gus Shinpaugh, aka Augustus Lane, sang her bridal march song as she was escorted by her dad. It was beautiful! We served up Olive Garden as the dinner and my team did an amazing job handling that responsibility. During the reception, Mackenzie's brother Josh sang for the father-daughter dance. How very special! We enjoyed an anniversary dance and the winners were presented with a very special gift...a framed photo of newlyweds! We had some fun with a dollar dance and then the bouquet got stuck in the rafters during the toss lol. After that we partied and danced the night away!!! It was so fun! We had Dakota and Margie between both bars. Carrie led the serving team of herself, Antonio, Amanda, Mary and Diamond. Then Amanda ran photobooth later and her husband Brian gave me a helping hand throughout the event. Later on, my husband Nick showed up to visit with our extended family and help break down the equipment. It was certainly a great night!!!

When I say I have a team...I actually mean I have a POWERHOUSE TEAM!
There were literally 10 of us pulling off the ins and outs of this wedding!!!
10 y'all! 10!!! Lemme 'Splain. Lol
Naturally I'm the DJ. Dakota and Margie were rocking both bars. My DJ friends Amanda and Brian of Spellbound came to help, she worked with the serving team and ran photobooth later and he was more or less my back up. Both a huge help! Carrie led the serving team which was herself, Antonio, Amanda, Mary and Diamond. And then my husband Nick showed up later in the event to help party, pack and load. Lol. These wonderful people help make the entire night what it was and everything turned out just perfect!
I tell you the serving team took care of every aspect of the dinner portion and nailed it! Dakota took care of setting up the cake and donuts before jumping behind the bar. Margie was busy flirting🤣...just kidding... I mean, she was slinging drinks!!😉 I also provided some of the basic decor pieces like the cylinders and runners so that the mother of the bride could add her touch of design. These are just some of the services we provide and here to make every event as spectacular as possible!! This powerhouse team worked so hard and I can't thank them enough!! ❤️❤️❤️
