Lion Records at Albright College

Lion Records is Albright College’s on-campus record label, providing a true-to-life experience for all Music Industry Studies majors. This multidisciplinary organization utilizes curricular objectives to create, produce, record, and distribute music that belongs exclusively to students. Lion Records works as a companion to the Music Department at Albright College and provides experiential learning opportunities to enhance student’s understanding of the music business system. Affiliated Ensembles:

Rap Collective – The Albright Rap Collective (ARC) is a workshop consisting of rappers, producers (beatmakers), and singers. Affiliated artists have released singles and EPs with Lion Records and other labels in the Philly area. Performances include the CITE-C Black History Month Celebration (2020), Trustee’s Weekend at the President’s house (2020), The Domino Players’ Black History Month Show (2020), Lion Records Live (2019), and the WXAC Pond Concert (2019).
