Visitors to the Mattera Area off Main Street have seen something special grow in recent months, and thatβs just the beginning! The Reading Community Garden is now open. And for 16 lucky gardeners, their crops are now coming along.
There will be a special public ribbon cutting next Wednesday, June 15th at 3PM
Organizers have thoughts of expanding in the future and a new lottery will be held next Spring for the 16 beds.
