It wasn't long before owners Brian and Evie realized that their number one client need was social media marketing. This discovery led

to a rebrand in 2020 and the name of the business was changed (slightly) to Blue Door Social with a focus on helping businesses shine on social media. This feature has been around for a while but for those who don't know, if a Page tags (@ Followers or @ Everyone) a notification gets pushed to every single one of your followers or group members (yep, you read that correctly: every. single. one.)

The pro side is that everyone is notified of your post. The con side is if you do this too often, you might annoy your most loyal followers. These customers and fans might think they are no longer treated as individuals and move elsewhere.

Blue Door's Tip: Use it wisely! (and sparingly we might add) Save this feature for BIG events, huge announcements, and AMAZING sales.

In the first comment, we'll add how to disable @ Followers tag on Facebook.
