Our Story

We have already received the letter back from the IRS on June 25th saying they are reviewing the 1023, which means that all donations for the next 24 months are tax deductible, since the IRS has 24 months to look at the paperwork. The letter states they will be getting back to us with 90 days from June 25th.

Next paragraph: I called the IRS 11/13/18 and was told that they hadn’t assigned an agent to this request yet. ???????? It’s only been 120 days, and I was told they are allowed to take up to 180 days if they want. ?????
