HB 1069 passed the committee today, its going to the floor tomorrow (02/07/2025) at 1pm if it passes there then onto the senate floor it goes. We need to get this bill killed. This will close the doors of our business as well as hundreds more across South Dakota. Millions in revenue will be lost and thousands of jobs gone! Do not hand over more power to big to***co!!
