Basement Sessions X Tagalong YouTube link in our bio

So I decided to do what most everyone else has done already but when has that stopped anyone. Flat Iron is going to be teaming up with local artists big and small to showcase their art and music. Our first “Basement Session” is with @tagalong.music We first heard Tagalong at an open mic and were blown away by her talent and song writing, we will be dropping a few parts of the session on IG and then we will have the whole set up on YouTube later. Check out Tagalong where ever you get your music.

Our Story

Recording Studio, Music lessons, and Rock School. Our studio began almost 20 years ago as a project studio in my garage. As my skills grew and the equipment became available, many artists began coming my way to get a quality recording. My son and I joined forces about ten years ago and moved the studio into downtown Rapid City. We have a great mic collection along with a nice group of vintage and modern amps and keyboards. Recording boils down to three elements. The source, the mic and the space. Our large recording room has a 14 foot ceiling which opens up the sound bringing a professional sound that can’t be achieved in a smaller space. My son and I both play many instruments and are often the “instant backup band” for solo artists needing a full band sound.
