Amazing Grace is a woman owned Charcuterie business that is local here in the Black Hills!🧀🥖🫒 The entrepreneur, Joselyn curates all different sized boards, boxes, & grazing tables that will rock your tastebuds! Each board/table is uniquely designed using the best in-season ingredients, specialty cheeses, & unique curated meats, so no board is ever actually the same!🤯

One of my favorite things about Amazing Grace is how she curates a different board for the different seasons & holidays! Like her Charcu-TREE Board for Christmas right now is adorable, but I will get into more of my favorites items on my story😉 I also like how she has so many different sizes, so no matter how large or small you are needing, she has an option available! Lastly, one of my absolute favorite things is how unique each board/table is! Yes, she uses different items depending on the seasons, but she uses her creativity and designs, each one in a unique way!🤗

Our 🤍SMALL BUSINESS SUNDAY🤍 feature is Farmhouse Frames

Farmhouse Frames is a woman owned business that makes custom signs as well as other home decor! The young entrepreneur, Abby was making signs while going to college to make a few extra bucks, but decided to turn her hobby into a small business when she noticed the demand! Then along came Farmhouse Frames🤗

I’m just going to be honest and say I have way too many favorites things about this business to list, so I will keep it short and sweet! Abby is a young entrepreneur as well as a full time college student who is involved in many organizations, so the fact that she is juggling all that & goes to school is AMAZING (trust me I have been there)!! I also got to watch her small biz grow from the beginning and I couldn’t be more impressed with her hard work and dedication! Lastly, I love being able to display her creative talent and work in my home as well as others🥰

Since we missed last Sunday & I will be on vacation this Sunday we decided to do our Small Business feature today!

Our 🤍SMALL BUSINESS “SUNDAY”🤍 feature is

Berry + Basil is a locally, women, & veteran owned high end kitchen & gourmet food store located on Main Street of Chamberlain, SD (right next to the Missouri River)! The owner’s, Angi & Cindy have one main goal & that’s to bring joy back into the kitchen!🤩👩🏼‍🍳

I have MANY favorite things about this store & could go on forever, but I will keep it simple on here and save the rest for my stories! One of my favorite things about B+B is their selection of Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar… there’s so many!! Another favorite is they have a type of wine for anyone🍷 There are many things to love about this stuff, but the shelves you see pictured are one of my top faves for sure. They always have some of their best items on them & they are GORGEOUS! They literally make you feel like you’re in a movie! That might sound crazy, but if you ever go there, you will understand!!🤗They have also been featured on the front cover of the which is where these amazing pictures are from!!

Our 🤍SMALL BUSINESS SUNDAY🤍 feature is Western Fancies

The cool part is, all her cards are handmade in her craft shed!😍 The owner & creator, Kaylee says that creating cards is a way for her to manage her anxiety and get some time alone in & the best part is, she now she gets to share that with others! One of my favorite things about Western Fancies is that they are huge mental health advocates!! I am also big on handmade items, so that’s another reason this shop caught my eye! I found a love for social media a couple of years ago when I started posting for fun for a business I worked at! Over the years, one of my closest friends who was my boss at the time continued to tell me I should make it my career. I never really took her serious until I was a semester away from graduating college. I then realized I should have listened because my love for social media marketing just got bigger! I'm begging you to stop trying to go viral. You aren't performing well because you are to focused on numbers. Sound like you?🧐

Focus on your strategy. Dive into Who you're targeting and WHY. Focus on your objective and why you have social media for your business. This can be for many reasons, but as a small business you soley have social media to sell/spread awareness about your products/services.

Think of your target audience. Get into your ideal clients/customers day to day life. What can you do to influence them? Incorporate things they are interested in and that will grab their attention!

Use STRATEGY to your advantage!!😎

Hiring help, of any kind, is not anything to be embarrassed about. You should feel so accomplished when you outsource, no matter the reason you have decided to.

You don't always have to "find" your target audience, they can find you!

How can you do this?
Well, you first need to understand who your target audience is. Put yourself in their sheos, show them what you can do for them, show them why they need you/your product!

Appeak to them by educating them about your industry and who you are. Things that may seem obvious to you, aren't always to them. Let them in on all the benfits and not just "features."

Find the problems that you solve & speak to your audience. You are the pro in your industry, so believe it and portray it. Think of it as a consultation, what would you tell someone who cam to you for your business. Lock your audience in!🔒
