Tell Me Something Good Tim Sohn 💖
We all know someone who has been afflicted with cancer. I have lost too many friends and know too many battling it now.
I am so proud and thankful to be a part of a tremendous and generous group of live streamers for the 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 ❤️ 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝟐𝟒-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 that begins Tuesday. 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐞 -- and the world -- 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 Wendy Black-Nasta, Founder and Executive Director, Artists for World Peace.
I am using my streaming channels to help others in my network! We are all in this together. 𝐖𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝! This is my latest idea/experiment -- I LIVE & LOVE to #JustCreate -- to try and make a difference in this crazy world of ours. Life is complex these days and we are all juggling so much, but helping others never needs a reason, just the desire to make a difference and do something good! I've decided to carve out some time here and there to just share some of that goodness and news about others. A cause they support and/or are working with. A project they are working on. A community they are building. You get it. Welcome and please share the good news!

The People. The Stories. The Impact!
Tonight meet...Tim McDonald 💖
We hope you will join us LIVE here on Facebook, tonight Wednesday, Jan. 19th, 7pm ET, 4pm PT.
"Being good to people doesn’t take a world-changing event" says Tim McDonald, who always lets the world feel his heartbeat. In fact he has those very words he lives by tattooed on his arm -- and his social media presence echoes the same passion and purpose.
Tim, a "Cancer Thriver", was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer during the middle of the pandemic, and yet Tim being the "Architect of Humanity" and "Purveyor of Purpose" that he is, continues to bring people together online and in-person like never before. He has always shared that "we may never know the impact the ripples we create today are going to have on people, but we just need to trust in this. The only person we can change during our lifetime is ourselves; no one else."
Find Tim on Twitter at @TaMcDonald and on IG at
@TimaMcDonald.
Tim McDonald is the former Director of Community for The Huffington Post where he built and managed a community for HuffPost Live -- yes a true live streaming pioneer. Tim has also worked with No Kid Hungry and if you want to hear about impact, during his time with them, the GivingTuesday fundraising for No Kid Hungry increased from $56,000 to over $249,000 in just 3 years, which translated into 2.49MM meals for kids in the US. Tim is the author of The Fear Advantage: How to create a healthy relationship with fear to help move you forward instead of holding you

"The Bronx is up! But are you down?" ~ for an hour with Bronx Life, asks reporter and photographer David Gonzalez.
"These images, which span four decades, may not be what you expect—either of the Bronx or of me—especially if you’ve been accustomed to the usual urban tropes (or marketing plans). They have everything to do with the Bronx. They have nothing to do with the Bronx. This is my Bronx life."
