I've watched you shrink from view, trying to avoid being noticed.

I've seen you sidestep uncomfortable conversations, fearing they wouldn't grasp your perspective.

I've noticed how you step back, allowing others to take credit for your remarkable work.

Just because they refuse to acknowledge your gifts, is not a reason to bury them. Keep pushing forward. Keep doing the right thing. Keep being the incredible person you are. Because there's those that need you, even if they don't acknowledge you.

April was a transformative month; filled with self-discovery, environment awareness and a determination I didnt know I had!

I learned nothing is impossible if you do the work and outward dependence will tie younto the potential of that dependence. (Catch that)

My prayer for US in May is we continue to grow, we push to become and we remember we are unstoppable.

Before you get in your feelings, have you told them you what you need?

It's easy to point the finger at others and forget YOU must play the leading role in your own life. You teach people how to treat you.

Where are your boundaries?
Where are your standards?
Are you focused on expectations or living intentionally??

When the vision is clear, ex*****on is easy. When it's unclear, things become chaotic and overwhelming.

Take back your role. You have the script. You know how you want the story to be executed. Now you just need to put the right people on your team.
