After a long night shift, I came home and went straight to sleep, so I couldn’t make it to church today. When I finally woke up, I was greeted by my amazing family showing me the beautiful Christmas gifts they received from church! 🎁

Each of us received an itemized gift, thoughtfully chosen. 😍 It warmed my heart and brought back sweet memories of my previous church in the UK, where acts of kindness like this were so common.

I feel so grateful to be surrounded by such a loving and thoughtful church family, even when I can’t be there in person. ❤️

Once I hear the phrase, “Welcome to work,” 🫣 I already know that work don choke!

No matter how busy the shift is, I always show up with my A-game. 💪 By the end of it, I’m always reflecting like, “Where did all that energy even come from?”

All I can say is THANK GOD for strength. 🙏

In the coming years, I want to work less and earn more.

This Vanilla sponge cake took less than 30 mins mixing time.

I saw this recipe on my instagram Fyp and it looked simple 😅

I quickly brought out everything needed and went into action around 6pm🤣🤣🤣

I’m glad that I’m now comfortable trying out baking without the fear of doubt 😅😅

Today’s episode of supporting a small business.

You know when certain Facebook account keeps commenting, you would naturally know their Facebook name and profile picture.

Sometimes, I click on their profile and if they are creators too, I follów their page.

In November, I opened Ada Chukwu page and realised she bakes cake. I wanted to support her brand.

She posted she’s in Anambra state and was marketing her cake and I don’t know anyone there so I dropped a comment and said I wanted to gift someone a birthday or Christmas cake.

She took it serious 😆and reposted. Well I choose from the comment section. A lady said she wanted a birthday cake for her daughter.

She sent me these pictures and I’m grinning 😁

To think I don’t know her but Putting a smile on someone’s face is a delight.

There is nothing God cannot do.

If He has said it, He will do it. Be rest assured 🫶🫶

As an international nurse, you can’t “start” religious conversations with your patients—you must fem (ie, lip seal 🤐).

But I truly appreciate how patiènts in the USA 🇺🇸 openly call on the name of the Lord. You can see them saying it, embracing it, and holding onto their faith in the midst of difficult times. I’ve even witnessed families reading the Bible to their unwell loved ones right at their bedside.

These moments truly touch my heart. These are moments to live for—seeing faith in action.

When I was in the UK, moments like these were so rare.

It reminds me that no matter where we are, faith can be a source of strength and hope. 🙏
