💫Living in a state of your own Barriers 💫

At some point someone drew a circle around you and told you to stay in that barrier. The barrier started to feel permanent because you believed them. The only way to find out those barriers are not permanent is to step outside of them.
💥Stepping out will make you feel:
1. It feels UNCOMFORTABLE because no one else is doing it.
2. It feels WRONG because you’ve been conditioned to believe you have to stay there.

This can be achieved through practices such as mindfulness, self-reflection, learning, exposure to new ideas, surrounding yourself with supportive influences, and consciously challenging negative or limiting thoughts. It's an ongoing process of growth and self-improvement.

Each day, as we awaken, we confront decisions that may seem inconsequential but shape our future. It's crucial to recognize our inherent power; the very fact of our existence proves it. This power allows us to choose between promoting good or succumbing to evil, intertwined forces that cannot exist without each other. As we strive for good, we inevitably encounter the presence of evil, a test of our resolve. As described in the scripture, "I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me…"

Then it came to me, “how else can you test a made up mind, unless you present to it what it has decided against?”
I knew I was sure about not eating the cake anymore, only when the cake was in front of me and I had the power to walk away.

Reading comprehension is the key to avoiding misunderstandings and expanding knowledge. While many individuals read, only a few truly grasp the intended message. Moreover, only a minority delve into the historical context or origins of ancient texts, such as the Bible, which often contain allegorical meanings often misconstrued as literal.

My beliefs stem from tangible evidence rather than mere emotions, as emotions often cloud judgment. Lately, I've observed an abundance of emotional arguments devoid of thorough research or critical analysis, which I find concerning.

In doing my personal research, I stumbled across this paper by Martin Luther King Jr “The influence of mystery religions on Christianity”. He speaks on how Christianity triumphed by taking some of the tools of mystery religions and using them to it’s advantage.

King wrote this paper for the course Development of Christian Ideas, taught by Davis. The essay examines how Christianity developed as a distinct religion with a set of central tenets and how it was influenced by those pagan religions it assimilated. •I've come to realize that many people either lack the answers or are unwilling to delve into researching their beliefs because they fear the truth might lie beyond their current understanding.
•It's perfectly fine not to have all the answers, but it's important to be honest in your response and allow others to explore and discover without imposing your complacent beliefs onto them.

We require not faith as vast as a mustard seed but faith as small as a grain of mustard seed.

Keyword: Grain

"Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”

Seeing a mustard seed, I was struck by its small size. The term "grain" had always eluded my attention. That revelation altered my perspective: if even a grain is smaller, then a slight belief possesses the power to move mountains.

Frequently, we encounter old adages like "seeing is believing," implying a reliance on tangible evidence for belief. However, I've come to understand that belief must precede physical proof. Henry Ford envisioned the automobile before its creation, and Martin Luther King Jr. dreamed before his vision became reality. Too often, we await proof of what we doubt could occur. Remember, you must believe it to witness it!
