Controversial opinion: "Going viral" is a terrible goal. Why? Because it doesn't really mean anything. It doesn't actually DO anything for your business.
Is it a good feeling? Absolutely. Will it help you gain followers? Probably. Will those followers be your target audience? Maybe. Maybe not.
Here are some better goals to focus on for your business's social:
1. Increase brand awareness
2. Build a community
3. Increase website traffic
4. Generate leads
Focus on building meaningful connections through your social media, and remember that when you create content for EVERYONE you're creating content for NO ONE!
It's great that your business is thriving, and I love that for you, but social media is not just about generating new business.
Social media serves LOTS of different purposes, like:

I'm gonna keep it real with y'all. I'm really doo doo at leading my example when it comes to social media.
