Exciting Tonk and Hank Sinatra partying at Schoolkids Records - Raleigh to help Ashevilles.river district folks

As we say goodbye (or is it good riddance?) to 2024, let's all come together for a good cause and to celebrate life, friendship and our community.

After 5+ years, we are excited to bring back the Schoolkids Records / Hank Sinatra Annual Christmas/Holiday Party with special guests: Tonk.

Thursday, December 19th, 2024
Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm.

There is no cover charge, however we will be asking everyone in attendance to donate what would go to us and the bands to our neighbors at The River Arts District in Asheville which was totally destroyed by Hurricane Helene. We must rebuild our communities and fight to keep art and music a part of our lives in these difficult times.

We hope to see you all on the 19th!! Help us spread the word.

RALEIGH!!! Tomorrow (Sunday) night I’ll be back at the beautiful to play a very special benefit show to help out the victims of Hurricane Helene. I’ll be teaming up with my buds , and for a very special night of songs and stories, all to help our brothers and sisters out in Western North Carolina. Gates open at 5pm. Tunes start at 6pm. I’ll be playing a very special solo acoustic set at 6:50pm. Snag a ticket, round up a crew and make plans to come hang for a good cause. See you tomorrow night, Raleigh!!!

Little Raleigh Radio is hosting its second annual Jazz Showcase, one of the free Hopscotch Music Festival day parties, at the rejuvenated Rialto Theatre in Five Points on Saturday, Sept. 7,2024. Come support local jazz musicians performing in a lovely venue.

Last year's event had a fantastic turnout and LRR board members will be on hand again selling swag and answering all your questions about your local community radio station.
