Been a good week for food!

Tried a new recipe I call "The Tipsy Tenderloin". It consists of 2 seared kabobs of 101 proof bourbon infused steak, pineapple, peppers and red onions marinated in pure lemon juice, crushed red peppers, and red Cabernet wine. Over white rice with red wine caramelized red onions and a Cabernet reduction sauce. Garnished with Bourbon soaked lemons.
