Update:The male driver suspect wanted for Murder and female passenger were both taken into custody, ACSD were in pursuit of the subjects. The SUV he was driving crashed on the slick Florence Bridge.
IL Conservation Officers are on scene with a person in the water, near Florence IL Bridge and are bringing a boat from Jacksonville, ISP mentioning something about IDOT and the bridge.
From comments "It was a pursuit that ended on the Florence bridge. Guy got out and jumped into river. Florence bridge closed."
- IDOT responding with barricades.

1120 Lind, , - Structure fire, - Qfd, E2, E4, E5, E6, & IC on scene, Qfd Pickup en route, - Qfd rescued a resident from the 2nd floor on arrival using a ladder, - IC requesting Ameren Gas & Electric to disconnect utilities.
- Update: Qfd IC requesting a city bus so 6 to 7 residents can get out of the cold 17°F.

There have been multiple slide offs and weather related 10-50's MVA's in both Illinois & Missouri, [ The IL State Police are suggesting staying home until the snow stops, and the plows get the roads cleared.]
