As we close this chapter of the year, I reflect on the importance of *being comfortable in our own skin*.

In this moment, right here and right now, we are exactly where we need to be.

Our journey is not defined by our successes or setbacks, but by our ability to accept ourselves fully — embracing who we are, not just for what we’ve achieved, but for the depth of our being.

We are much more than the things that have happened to us. We are a collection of moments, experiences, and infinite potential.

This year, may we honor ourselves, exactly as we are, and practice compassion in every breath.

As we step into the new year, I invite us all to slow down and make more conscious choices that nurture our well-being.

Let’s make space for listening to what we truly need, and may we find the courage to embrace change for the better.

May we not only care for our bodies, but also our minds and spirits — in balance, in harmony, and in alignment with our highest truth.

Friends of the Upper Valley

I am offering myself to guide an Altar co-creation to honor our ancestors for "Day of the Death" - I will share some of what I have learned over the years. Mixing traditions and my own experiences.

You are welcome to bring pictures of your ancestors, things they liked or something that you feel it will connect you with their essence.

Together we will take some time to honor their steps.
