High School Expansion at Babcock Neighborhood Schools

The proposed project is for a ± 25,190 SF building expansion (2-stories at ±12,190 SF/ea.) to the existing High School and all associated sidewalk, utility, and stormwater connections to existing infrastructure. The building expansion will include 16 classrooms to support an additional 400 students.

Regency at Babcock Ranch will be the first 55+ neighborhood in solar-powered Babcock Ranch in southwest Florida.

Toll Brothers has been tight-lipped regarding what the amenities would be here.

No surprise, Regency at Babcock Ranch will of course have an amenity center that's reserved just for residents (pictured below).

Most of the amenities are what you'd expect to find in the clubhouse of just about any new 55+ community. Here are a few of the highlights:

Single Family Rentals Coming to Babcock Ranch

Flatwoods at Babcock Ranch is a single family home rental neighborhood now under development by Babcock Property Holdings, L.L.C.

The neighborhood includes approximately ±70.1 acres of proposed development. The proposed residential development includes 246 single family lots and associated infrastructure.

The development does not include an amenity center or buildings that require parking; however, parallel handicap spaces have been included at the 2 proposed pocket parks.

Construction began in August 2022. Construction is expected to be complete December 2023.

Flatwoods at Babcock Ranch is located south of Cypress Parkway off Muhy Grass Parkway.
