Oh, my GOSH, Facebook is driving me nuts with this POST POST POST drive. So I'm posting. See what a weak character I have?

We're still alive and kicking here - doing some fab projects and working with the people we really enjoy. It's just been so cool to be able to be part of so many of your creative work, and we love helping families preserve their musical heritage and memories (that sounds like saving old 78s or quarter inch tapes - which we actually do not do). We used to sing with our kids all the time - then they grow up and take off, and so much for the family band. Good thing we have ourselves on media - the moment lost, but not the memory.

We love the range of stuff we do. We're not set up for rap or hip-hop or metal, but we never have been. Love the accoustic stuff and the intellectual/melodic bands - and folk and instrumental stuff. But most of all, we love the people who have become part of our lives and whose friendship has become so significant to us.

There. So I posted.

Yeah - this is ancient. And presently irrelevant. We're too busy working to remember to get on this thing and write. I suppose I should ask you guys who have used this page - is there anything you'd LIKE me to write about? Or are we all just happy making music?

Here's a thing: American Idle is going to have auditions in Utah, and they've asked us to send along good talent. So if any of our singers out there - I think 16-28 years old? - are interested, let me know. I'll post the flyer on the Rosewood Recording Company page.
