Nicolae Miu, now 54, who has plead not guilty, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and several additional counts of attempted first-degree homicide in the July 30, 2022 incident which killed Isaac Shuman, 17, of Stillwater. If convicted, Miu could be sentenced to life in prison.
