Regional Media is seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi-Media Specialist with strong sales skills to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about engaging audiences through various media channels and has a knack for sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content for on-air and online platforms while driving sales and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Develop, produce, and present engaging content for on-air broadcasts, including radio shows, podcasts, and live events.
Create and manage online content, including social media posts, blog articles, and multimedia content. Conduct interviews, research topics, and script content that resonates with the target audience. Monitor and analyze audience engagement and feedback to refine content strategies.

Sales Duties:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored advertising solutions. Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients using our proven methods. Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities:
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Ensure compliance with all broadcasting regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience, or the desire to learn broadcasting and content creation. Strong experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using content creation tools and software, including audio/video editing programs. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
