Sometimes, boots can be a bit stubborn, and your foot just won't slide in like you want it to. Don't worry, it's totally normal!The first time you try on a new pair of boots, it's common for them to feel a bit tight through the instep (that's the part of the boot that covers the arch of your foot). Your foot might not slide in easily, and you might need a little help getting it to cooperate.Here's my trick: use a boot bag or a plastic bag to help your foot slide in! That's right, just slip your foot into the bag and then into the boot. This will help reduce friction and make it easier to get your foot in.Now, here's the important part: once your foot is in, make sure the widest part of your foot is across the widest part of the boot. You should have a little slip in your heel, but not so much that your foot slides around. That's when you know you've got a great fit!And the best part?
