I woke up this morning with high anxiety! I’ve been sitting here in this hotel room in pensacola sipping my coffee and praying!!!

I know a lot of us go through this at times. People who don’t have anxiety and panic attacks don’t understand what it’s like to live with this!!

My mind never shuts off I’m always going at 100 mile and hour! And lately I feel I’m running a nascar race in my head! Sometimes we have to get out of our heads to see what great things God has put in front of us! All the blessing right before us!

I psychologist once told me that as humans we tend to overthink things in our heads and ultimately create a problem in our minds that was never there to begin with!!!

I just wanted to say thank you again to all of you who follow me and have become a part of my life. I try very hard to live up to the person that people think I should be! I think that’s part of my anxiety lol

I’m only human! I’m not perfect! Like many I’m a sinner I say things I don’t mean! I’ve done things in my life I wish I hadn’t! But I will say this.

I’m a lover! My heart is 10x bigger than it should be! I’m a giver and I love to help people! I’m all in at 150 mile an hour. And if I can continue to bless people in as many ways possible with the tools the good lord has blessed me with I will continue to give it my best!!

I’m sure along the way I will fail a time or two but I will get back up and dust my self off and try harder.

Here is what helps me. …

The Ho’oponopono: can be a therapeutic mantra for ourselves and for others. setting an intention of forgiveness could help us release our suffering and how we can help us find healing within ourselves. powerful words to forgive others but mostly to forgive ourselves!

“I’m sorry. Please forgive me Thank you I love you.”
