FAQ
Q: Do you offer recording/tracking services? A: No, I do not offer recording since I work from home. I only focus on mixing and mastering already-recorded tracks for clients. Q: What is the best way to get my tracks to you? A: Make sure the multi-tracks are WAV files (preferably 24-bit and with a sample rate of either 44.1 or 48 kHz). If you use Dropbox or something similar, simply upload the files and send me a share link. WeTransfer is another great option for sending files. Q: What is your preferred method of payment? A: You can send payment through Paypal or Facebook. We'll discuss this after establishing the specifications of your project and what work is required. Q: How long does it take you to mix and master? A: Upon receiving your multi-tracks, I can send you an initial mix usually within five days. Once you are happy with the mix, you can expect the mastered song within another day or two. Q: Once the initial mix or master is done, do you offer free revisions? A: Yes, I am happy to make minor tweaks and non-time-consuming revisions to the mix and/or master before you 'sign-off' on it. I ultimately want you to be happy with the final product. Q: Do you offer any discounts for mixing/mastering groups of songs (e.g. EPs, albums)? A: We can certainly discuss this.
