Well, it's been awhile since I updated the status of my Dear All sequel, Perfect Gifts. This afternoon I met in person with Ingemar Anderson of Kitsap Publishing to discuss some final details. We're nearing the finish line, so I look forward to announcing the release date in the not-to-distant future.

Though An Unexpected Treasure takes place in 17th century England, there are many similarities to the Regency or Jane Austen era. Check out this Goodreads review.
Selena was sent to her aunt Rowena house to be graced in the proper ways to become a lady. Selena had a mind of her own and was gracious, loving, caring, and giving. She helped whomever she could whether it be a human or animal. Does Selena become a proper lady? Does she find a lifestyle she loves? Read the story so like a Jane Austen novel with many characters an adventures enhancing the story. I received this book as a gift and all words are strictly my own.

All my 17th century adventure romances, some with a mystery twist, are standalone stories, though some of the major characters may appear as minor characters in other stories. These books were not published in chronological order, but if you wish to read them in that order, it goes like this:
To Challenge Destiny, Taking A Chance, Precarious Game of Hide and Seek, Perfidious Brambles, Fate Takes A Hand, And the Ground Trembled, An Unexpected Treasure, A Bewitching Dilemma, and With Every Breath I Take.
The first book starts is 1651, the last one in 1692. There are more books coming. I hope to have Deceptive Deceptions out this coming summer.

An absolute gem of a historical period romance with an endearing ending.
