I've been doing some quantitative alkaloid content testing using the Psilo-Q reagent tests..This is a fantastic tool to measure the active alkaloids within the mushroom. I did a Livestream test of the Yeti in real time and I will post the pictures of the actual fruits tested in the comments section below each test.

These are pretty straightforward to make but many people don't have the tools or know how.
I'm making a bunch of these gasketed widemouth mason jar lids w/ injection ports and gas exchange hydrophobic.
The gasket prevents leaks and contamination.

I wanted to make a Gandalf celebration post.. Gandalf is originally from the TAT (True Albino teacher) /TAM true albino Melmak ) projects. Originally isolated by Myco momma Angela and Father O'blivyon. Gandalf is a true work of art. It is wildly variable and offers endless possible phenotypes and is an above average potency (ranging from 1.9 % to 2.2 % active alkaloid content)
Several other isolations have come from this lineage including Bilbo and Gannon. Gandalf truly flawnts some magical genes.
These are just a few of my favorites .🍄🤙
