Starting the (Marlene’s Version 😉) on Jan 2, 2025 because postpartum hits differently. No one talks about that moment when you start to feel like yourself again, but then depression—or ‘mom guilt’ as we often call it—sneaks in, leaving you feeling stuck and unrecognizable.

Why am I sharing this? For accountability and to remind anyone else in this boat that you’re not alone. Pre-pandemic, your support carried me through a fitness journey, and I’m turning to you again for that spark.
