This post is for…
➡️ those looking to start a lucrative side hustle,
➡️ those looking to dive into the freelance marketing realm, and
➡️ those looking to amp up their online marketing for their business, band, organization, etc.

I did quite a bit of research when I was looking to find a way to make money online over 4 years ago. I am a single Mama and a trained teacher/artist. There is much more to say here, but I was really ready to put my energy into ways I felt gifted and purposed to do so. Versus ways I felt I HAD to, which zapped ⚡️ my energy when it came to caring for my son and myself.

I figured, work is something most of us in this world have to do to survive right?
It is also time consuming.
Precious time we can't get back.
It takes up most of our days, weeks, months, etc. I found a stat somewhere that said 90,000 hrs of our life on average if you can believe it.

My thinking is, since we'll all be working...if we are working in ways where we feel major purpose and can see ourselves using our God-given gifts, it becomes a life that is truly meaningful.

It is life-giving when our energy is well spent. We somehow feel more alive than if we are working at a “have to” job.

Thus, what brings me back to this post and video.

WHAT IF you could begin growing a side business that helped you make a stack of extra money for…
Vacations,
Paying debts off,
More time with those we love,
Getting ahead (and growing wealth),
Working on that passion hobby,

And… eventually
Have it replace your 9-5 with 2-3 hours of work a day where you choose what the rest of your day looked like? (Plus you could work from anywhere with wifi and a laptop.)

You would be your own boss. You would be working in one of the hottest up-and-coming businesses in the 2020’s.

As I've grown older I notice one of the most precious luxuries is time.

How much time do I spend working? Playing? Resting?
Soaking this life up and truly loving it?

How much time do I really have with my awesome son, and how often am I intentional that it is quality time?

How much more time do I have with my parents?

They live forever, RIGHT?

Whew.

I don't know about you, but I've noticed time is one of the most precious things we have.

I personally really feel gross when I waste my time.

I'm really grateful to be actively pursuing the lifestyle on the second half of the post below.

At 44 years old, I'm intentionally pursuing those things. And. I’m excitedly driven to make a way for others to do the same.

Hi I’m Shannon, the one who has been posting all over this page and maybe in some ads you’ve see in your feed. (That's me in the pic... I'm in London here.)

I wanted to talk about something I think we can all relate to. That phrase, “there’s never enough time!” Right? Time is precious.

For me that means time to enjoy all the things I love about life that aren’t necessarily always work related.

Such as spending time with my awesome son, my family, friends, traveling when I want, painting, gardening, cooking… I could go on.

I had been looking for years and finally came upon a company that offered the right tools and leadership.

I gave it a try, took the risk, and worked hard to believe it could happen.
I stuck with it even when things looked like they could go the wrong way. (By the way that was emotional and all in my head.)

I just. Kept. Going.

My main thoughts to get there…

#1. Keep a positive mindset, and keep believing it’s possible.
#2. Keep the “just keep going” attitude.
#3. Find the right tools/guide. (super important.)

Work from anywhere?

Many around the world have begun discovering this possibility of moving their businesses to online, especially after 2020 and how much we all had to transition toward more creative ways to not only survive but thrive.

Not sure where to start?

What would I suggest?

Of all the ways I found in my research years ago I came across what is called affiliate marketing or freelance marketing.

This kind of work is nice because there is very little “overhead.” Which means all the funding you need to start and then continue to run your business.

There are many educational programs online to help you set things up.

Once you set things up, freelance or affiliate marketing has many of these moments:
Days with even fewer work hours since you set up your system and now you just have to watch how it’s running and gather the data.
Then you boost the ads that are performing the best.
Then, you sit back a little and get paid. Even in your sleep.

Truly truly, there is NO one like you.

Maybe really similar,
Maybe you have a twin…
But they don’t have your mind, your inner thoughts, your particular gifts the way you use them.

Something I love about my mentors and teachers is they fully believe this.
They know every single one of us has an important and unique purpose.

Something I love about the flexibility and abundance that comes with freelance marketing is I can pursue all the things I feel meant to do.

Things like painting and showing my art, gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family.

I recommend it wholeheartedly.

If you’re interested in having the opportunity to discover exactly who you are meant to be in this world, I say go for being a freelance marketer so your time truly becomes your time.

Talk about a gorgeous place to spend some time…

I’m the one running this page and sharing my journey when it comes to the power of freelance or affiliate marketing.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not all rose colored glasses when it comes to setting this kind of life up.

Curveballs and questions will happen.

But resilience, time and effort DO make a difference.

Dory knew it (just keep swimming.) and it’s SO SO true.

Being an entrepreneur is not for the weak.

We have dreams and ambition for more.
An inner voice that says “keep going.”

And I’m here to tell you… it’s real and it’s true!

It does take work. But mostly, it takes a personal choice to not quit.
