Today, your compassion, empathy, and love, for yourself, and for others, will be needed more than ever.

Today, some will be devastated, some will be celebrating. Some will be afraid, others, excited.

The Z’s have always said that politics is currently a low vibration system on earth that needs to be healed and elevated in the coming decades.

Over recent weeks and months, that low vibration and some of its players, have fostered and magnetised a lot of polarisation among people. Even in the spiritual community, strong and wildly polarised opinions have abounded.

Polarisation is something we need to heal, and the experience of it over the last few months may have already exhausted you.

However you are feeling, and whatever you are experiencing today, give yourself the space you need.

And remember – the future is not yet written and we will all be a part of it.
Together.

Today and for as many days as you need, feel your feelings in order to clear yourself and be ready to move on and upshift.

Breathe.

Whatever you are feeling today, allow it, and because of the high emotional temperature in the collective, take extra care with yourself and during interactions with others.

Today is a rough day for half of the country. I worry about the division that we are living in. I had put together an energy meditation to help with aligning with our higher self & helping to bring more harmony to the planet. I think today is a day that we could use more of this.

It has been some time and I've been on quite the journey! I left life coaching about 10 years ago, climbing the HR ladder to learn a few lessons, and I'm now ready to get back to work at my calling.

My purpose is the same - to help people find their calling, learn whatever lessons their soul is working on, and get unstuck to move into a life on purpose. That hasn't changed over all these years! I'm just leveling up how I do it.

So on that note! My life coaching office hours are currently on Wednesdays & Thursdays. I offer my services via zoom, but starting in September I will also have a physical space to meet with clients in the Portland, Oregon area.
