How do you stay active to keep your heart healthy? Whether it be walking your dogs or doing sports, consistency is key to maintain that healthy heart ❤️ I do 10-15 minutes of pilates every few days. Doesn’t sound like a lot but it works for me! I would love to hear what you all do to stay active ☺️
