📬 Florida Homestead Exemption Reminder

If you got a little postcard in the mail about your Homestead Exemption, good news! That just means your exemption was automatically renewed for 2026
•You do NOT need to respond to it. Just hang onto it for your records.

A couple quick things to know:
• If you bought a home and lived in it as your primary residence by January 1, you can still file for Homestead
• The deadline to apply is March 1
• Once you’re approved, it renews every year automatically as long as nothing changes!
