The Hudson Valley's WALL Radio! Kate Brannan in the Morning & the Greatest Hits for the Hudson Valley WALL Radio was originally established in 1942 on 1340am.

An FM station was added in 1966 and they simulcasted through 1981. The FM station became WRRV and was co-owned with WALL until 2015. WALL Radio is still on 1340, but has expanded FM reach with new FM coverage on 105.7, 94.1, 94.9, 106.5 & 101.5 HD2 for those digitally capable. WALL Radio is also heard online at WALLRadio.com. We hope you head downtown to walk, run, do Zumba with Jason, cheer, watch the YMCA kids events, and enjoy the Equilibrium Brewery Post-Race Party and the Taste Of The Town, with rocking music on the course and at the party!
The incredible band, First Round headlines the Equilibrium Brewery Post-Race Party as usual, rocking out in Run 4 Downtown Park during and after the 4 mile run/walk. They also have Jenna Esposito singing the National Anthem, and DJ Echo, DJ Mav, DJ Pure, and the Chester HS Drumline all on the course, keeping the participants motivated to the finish line.
Afterwards, everyone can enjoy the postrace party, with Equilibrium’s R4DT Ale, Warwick Valley’s wine, and samples of food from over a dozen local restaurants! The Middletown BID Farmers Market will also be open! We can’t wait!! 🎶🎤🎵 R4DT.org for more info and to register! See you downtown!

Our Story

WALL Radio was originally established in 1942 on 1340am. An FM station was added in 1966 (WALL-FM) and the two stations simulcasted much of the time through 1981. The FM station became WKGL, then WKOJ and is today’s WRRV. The stations were co-owned until 2015 when WALL was acquired by WALL Alum Bud Williamson and his wife Juli through Neversink Media Group. WALL Radio is still on 1340 and is the oldest continually operated Radio Station in Orange County. (Other stations may have started before WALL Radio, but their operations were discontinued at times.) Under Neversink Media, Bud & Juli have expanded FM reach with new coverage on a number of strategically located FM signals. In addition to 1340am, WALL Radio can be heard over the air throughout Orange County and the Hudson Valley on 94.1, 94.9, 97.3, 105.7, 106.1, as well as on 101.5 HD2 using digital technology. Keeping up with current times, WALL Radio is also heard online at WALLRadio.com as well as on Alexa (Hey Alexa, Play Wall Radio) WALL Radio also has apps for Android and Apple devices and can also be heard on TuneIn and the iHeart Radio app. Once again owned and operated by Orange County residents, the station prides itself on playing Orange County and the Hudson Valley's Greatest Hits, along with local personalities Van Ritshie, Kate Brannan, Jim Frey, Jimmy Howes, Howard Hoffman, Vince McNally, Kevin Siegel and Pete Moss.
