The projects I have copy edited for The New Press are ones I've been beyond honored to work on. My latest projects include Miranda S. Spivack's "Backroom Deals in Our Backyard," a deep dive into ways people have fought back against the secretive moves made by both local and state governments. Five "accidental activists" refused to accept the status quo and fought for their families and communities.
It's always more fulfilling when projects I work on are as fascinating and world-shaking as this one!
