Today I am working on my birthing board.

As visionaries not only must we lead by example, we must be the example.

I will add the accountability protocol to the back of my birthing board later today.

This is not just a one day, one week, or month occurrence.

This process is utilized throughout the year.

I also create a digital version in order to access it at anytime no matter where I am in the world.

Committed to Helping Women Win

Over the last five years I had to undergo a total remodel in my inner and outer man. Especially in my mind, will, and emotions.

Honestly, I was a hot mess and I needed some serious help. Why you may ask?

👉🏽 I was broken and needed healing and deliverance
👉🏽 I truly did not understand my assignment
👉🏽 I believed in everyone, but me
👉🏽 I had a lot of dreams, goal, and aspirations with no clear plan
👉🏽 I needed guidance and accountability

In May of 2019 I made up my mind to work on me. The process took over 18 months, but it was worth it. As a result I was able to.....

As a result I am now helping other women heal and align themselves for purpose through the BuildHER Mentorship Cohort.

In January we will launch The BuildHER 12 month Community which will focus on helping the women who have completed the first phase position themselves to fulfill their purpose in the earth.

Today I am excited to announce we will be releasing a new tool. Our twelve month BuildHER Journal. It was designed to serve as a companion for our 12 month community sessions.

This photograph represents a period in my life where God called me on the carpet concerning the assignment on my life.

See I truly was not walking in the fullness of my mantle. I was comfortable doing what was familiar to me, but that did not last long.

In the beginning of the pandemic I lost my job and I was forced to take inventory of every area of life.

I was given four p's: Purify, Prepare, Plan, Position, and Posture.

Next the journey began towards updating and upgrading my mindset, skill set, and current systems. The process took me on a journey which lasted about 9 months.

Over the past few months I have been in a place of Scaling Up.

Why BuildHER?

For me, BuildHER was another stone laid to ensure I always have a strong foundation to stand on. It was refreshing, empowering, and definitely needed in my life. Happy Make Up Your Mind Monday

I am no longer HER.....

I was once broken, but not beyond repair.
I was once burdened down by the cares of life, but it had to break.

I once determined my value by things like clothes, shoes, purses, cars, houses, and positions.

I once allowed the opinions of others to override how I valued myself.

I once was a women who did not know what I was called to do in the earth.

I once a women who was empty and void of purpose.

One day it became apparent to me I needed demolition. I submitted to process of being rebuilt and shaped from ground level.

My commitment to this process has shifted my life personally and spiritually.

We cannot receive what has been ordained for us if we allow our past, problems, our own perception, people, fear, and so many others to keep us bound.

This is a season of freedom. Refuse to live in oppressive conditions! Come out of being restricted.

Today I cancel every illegal covenant and contract over your life and I send it back to the pits of hell. The blood of Jesus prevails in and over your life.

Every limitation, restriction, and hinderance is destroyed by the fire of God.
