Two years ago, the world paused—but so did the waters in front of the Dancing Dragonfly Tavern. During the COVID shutdown, the iconic pond that added ambiance to our gathering place had to be drained due to structural issues with the dam.

But now, the pond has returned, fully restored, and with it, the magic of Myth! The shimmering waters are back, bringing that same sense of adventure and serenity to the heart of Hyraeth. Though we couldn’t gather back then, we’re thrilled to welcome you back to a Myth that feels more alive than ever.

3 Days to Myth Adventure! Have you ever thought about experiencing the thrill of the game from behind the scenes? NPCing at Myth offers a unique opportunity to dive into the action, contribute to the story, and meet new friends—all while accommodating your schedule. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or curious about stepping into the world of LARP for the first time, we welcome you to join us as an NPC. Show up at the door when you're available, and become an integral part of the adventure.

NPCing at Myth is free, and the game has no membership fees. Although registration for meals is closed with the early bird cutoff, snacks and drinks are available for all NPCs, and if extra meals become available, we'll share those with you. Just come in basic black attire—long-sleeve tops, sweatpants, and sneakers or boots—and we'll take care of the rest, providing costumes to bring our game world to life.

All members, especially newcomers, are invited to our new member workshop on Friday night. It's a fantastic way to get a crash course in game rules and have your questions answered. New NPCs will be paired with a team lead, who will guide you through the event and ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience.
