Lets talk illegal banishment. Is there even a ‘crime’ involved? Or is it simply an abused to attacked or apply as a punishment without trial?
Banishing someone or ones illegally without justification is a violation of our First Amendment Rights. When abused, those perpetrating illegal banishment are simply trying to control our basic rights: freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, Freedom of the press, freedom of compensation and collecting damages, as well as our right of freedom to prosecute or in general prevention to exercise our liberties!

So, who is violating our basic rights? Mayor Brian Blad of Radioactive City Idaho; Stephanie Palagi of Old-town, inc, and Old-town Inc (2);Starlight Productions; and the CIVITANS weekly Beer-Bash infront of, and on public library property, as well as along side and inclusion of a city park children’s playground! Is this the Mission of Civitans International?
