I’ve been a little MIA the last few weeks but I swear I haven’t forgotten about you guys & it’s been for all the right reasons! Lots of BTS work for my small biz, a ton of fun client projects, and some really fun collaborations - but most importantly I’ve been soaking up every minute I can will my *almost* two year old!! 🥲🥰

They say time flies when you are having fun & they weren’t wrong! I’m so grateful for busy days, weeks, and months - being a mompreneur is a job I wouldn’t trade for anything! 🫶🏼

“Do those numbers really even matter?”

YES they do!! Especially if you’re using your Instagram as a marketing tool for your business. Knowing what these metrics mean will help you figure out what content IS working with your audience, if your CTA’s are convincing them to take action, and if you’re attracting the right audience!!🎯✨

Sometimes I feel like we skip over the basics trying to stay on top of the updates & never ending changes on these apps!!

It’s time to get back to the basics if you really want to see results & THRIVE on this platform! Remember that engagement comes from the value you provide and REAL connections!

If you’re seeing a decrease in your engagement it’s likely due to overconsumption on the app & there is a super simple way to correct this ⬇️

INTENTIONAL ENGAGEMENT 📣✨

This will allow you to focus directly on resonating with your audience rather than trying superficial tactics to boost those pointless vanity metrics!

You can be more intentional with your engagement by being thoughtful with your comments & responses, sharing others content that you enjoy, and starting conversations with those that are taking the time to engage with your stories!!
