Vendors of mine!!!! Please please please, take a moment out of your day and read about this. I would hate to see any of you have to pay the $500 a day fee!

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated mandatory reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). Companies must now file information about their beneficial owners to FinCEN. Key deadlines have been extended, with free filing available. Stay compliant and protect your business from financial crime.

It is with great sadness that I must announce I will no longer be hosting the Christmas event for the venue that initially approached me. While I deeply appreciate the opportunity, the venue's repeated demands as to how I run my events have made it impossible for me to continue.

I am committed to supporting my vendors with the care they deserve, allowing ample time for setup, providing proper space, and ensuring that my marketing reflects the spectacular nature of each event. I will never compromise on these principles or let anyone dictate how I manage my events.

I look forward to creating another amazing experience in February. Stay tuned for details! ITKYK
