John Tomaszewski is an estate planning and probate attorney with the Nakisher Law Firm. John explained probate court and the reasons why a person may need to go to probate court. Probate court, which may be avoided with proper estate planning, can be expensive, public, and time consuming.
John helps clients obtain guardianships and conservatorships for elderly, special needs individuals, and minors. Good referrals include anybody getting married, divorced, children going to college, or anybody that experienced the death of a loved one.
