We had the amazing opportunity to work with Pretty Big Monster to create an augmented reality Amazon box experience with the DC Super Pets. Fans of the Super Pets can scan the QR code on the unique Amazon boxes to bring the characters to life.

Future House Studios is proud to announce that we are working with Niantic (the makers of Pokemon GO) on a new AR game called PERIDOT!

We are beyond excited for the game and for this relationship with Niantic! We've had so much fun working with the amazing Peridot team, and are so excited to share all of the hard work and love that we put into this project!

We just released one of our biggest projects yet! Transformers: Decepticon Invasion Is available to experience at more than 145 Dave and Busters locations across the country! Fight Decepticons, work with your favorite Autobots, and save the world!

For this experience, Future House developed Simultaneous, Multidimensional Animation Tracking. This technique allowed us to create 4 completely unique experiences for riders on the same motion control ride! Imagine, one player is flying through the air, while another is falling into a subterranean parking garage, all at the same time! This maximizes the immersion and re-playability that a VR experience can provide.

May 20-21st is the Salt Lake Animation Expo, and we'll be having our founder Adam Sidwell speak! We'll be at booth location 10.

Adam will discuss what's happening in the Metaverse, game industry, film industry, and more. He'll talk about his experience in the industry, the projects he's worked on.

We're excited to share that this last Friday, the indie film Waterman was released! This is our first theatrical release! The team here at Future House Studios did an amazing job 2D animating the visuals in this documentary, narrated by Jason Momoa! Go check it out in theaters!

Over the month of March, Future House Studios had the opportunity to participate in Niantic's collaboration with AR House! We sent one of our amazing team members to learn and use Niantic's Lightship technology to build the real world Metaverse. There was great networking, seminars, and overall experiences. We're excited to see what comes from this event, and will continue to build the Metaverse with our new knowledge of these amazing tools! Here is "Defender"; the project we created during our time at AR House.

Last week the AR house had a special visitor! Brian McClendon (Niantic's Senior Vice President of Engineering ) came by and talked with us about his personal journey in helping create Google maps and his current job of mapping the real world metaverse! It was amazing to learn about how they are managing to crunch huge datasets of the world around us and translate that into a digital map of the world. One day this may lead to us having a complete 3D digital map of the planet allowing us to seamlessly connect the real and digital worlds.

Duel of Wizards

Niantic awarded Future House Studios the Best in Sharing Award for our rapid-prototype entry into the Lightship Winter Challenge. In just a few short weeks, our team built a multiplayer augmented reality game where you can fight your friends as wizards! Players can cast different types of spells by grabbing real-world elements in their environment. The future of the metaverse will also take place in augmented reality.
