What the internet says about your city matters.

Milwaukee has several key areas focused on economic development, aimed at revitalizing and supporting local communities. Here are some notable ones:
Opportunity Zones: These are designated areas where investors can receive tax incentives for investing in economically challenged communities. Some of the zones in Milwaukee include the 30th Street Industrial Corridor, Century City Business Park, Havenwoods, Menomonee Valley, Riverworks Industrial Area, Harbor District, and the near south side1.
30th Street Industrial Corridor: This area is known for its industrial land and is a hub for manufacturing and logistics businesses.
Century City Business Park: A large tract of industrial land that is being developed to attract new businesses and create jobs.
Menomonee Valley: This area has undergone significant redevelopment and is now a mixed-use area with industrial, commercial, and recreational spaces.
Harbor District: An emerging area focused on sustainable development, with a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial uses.
Near South Side: This neighborhood is seeing investment in both residential and commercial projects, aiming to improve the quality of life for residents.
These areas are part of broader efforts to foster sustainable, equitable economic growth in Milwaukee

🎄About last night…

“We took a short drive to Williams Bay last night to see the World's Tallest Glass Tree construction, tour the artisan market, and make a glass ornament.

With our FREE tickets from Harbor Shores we got just for staying with them, we were able to go with 4 adults and 2 children without paying the entry fee. It was great. One of our group even made a glass ornament with the help of the on-site professionals!

We got there right around 4:30 after a short trolley ride from Williams Bay High School. We didn’t have to wait for the trolley and we were delighted to have a Yerkes Board Member share some history on the drive to the event. We missed the last Yerkes tour but would definitely go earlier next time to see inside the historic building.

We made it just as the sun set behind the observatory and the ‘golden hour’ photos did not disappoint.

With fire pits all around, live music, and glasswork in action, we all had a great time. The 9-year old even got to put some glass on the 32’ tree. It’s BLUE this year and seems to shimmer as it spins in the center of the grounds.

Definitely a ‘must see’ for the whole family! After, we had dinner at a local restaurant and headed back to the hotel to relax in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool.

THANK YOU HARBOR SHORES for this awesome added experience for our stay! Can’t wait to visit again soon!” - Jessica S., Harbor Shores Guest 12/8/24

At Drop in the Bucket Marketing, we tell the internet about your assets. We know how to get them into the search engines. When someone decides to act in your area, we aim to provide them with an informative, visually appealing result.
Beaver Dam. Wisconsin decided on a bunch of Tourism Assets, and we delivered. This process takes cooperation from the business and community and when they invest alongside the Municipality it's a win-win. This value-based City Marketing is efficient and priced competitively. Some firms charge as much as $2,000 monthly for a company's SEO, which seems fair. We are doing SEO which enhances the community as a whole and increases the value of each of your area businesses' SEO efforts.
