We are an online sales company working in supplement and food products, we were named the Fastest Growing Company in Central Ohio in 2019, and a 3x Inc Magazine Fastest Growing Company in America (2019 @ #260).

The job will start as a warehouse associate learning the basics of the business (picking, packing, inventory management, shipping order, etc.) and progress into inventory management, strategic planning, and leading others. We have had some warehouse associates transition into more technical roles.

The purpose of the job is to deliver, manage, and effectuate the logistics part of Mixt Solution’s business model.

Tasks will include but not be limited to ordering inventory, management of inventory, delivering orders, management of meaningful delivery metrics, accomplishing tasks which directed. Must be able to use a computer to pull information, data, and inventory planning.

Amazon is the largest online retailer on the planet. Approximately 60% of Amazon’s retail sales are from Third Party Sellers, per Jeff Bezos’ 2020 Letter to Shareholders.

We at Mixt Solutions are an online sales company doing over 1,000,000 transactions a year on Amazon. Our business has mostly been built on brand consulting relationships, but we have 8 of our own product lines we manufacture and sell. For most businesses, these would be high volume brands, but they fall by the wayside due to our much higher consulting brand revenues. We sell these brands through Amazon US, CA and our websites.

We now need an individual to help us create, build, and market our numerous in house brands with a focus on Ecommerce marketing and sales ability.

Amazing Keto
Crazed Foods
Wodfee
FodMap Bars
Zaucy

Mixt Energy is on pace to be a million dollar brand this year, with a few others in the several hundreds of thousands.

This person will be responsible for overseeing numerous aspects of building the brand from marketing, sourcing, labels, compliance, design, new product development, working with reps, and instituting strategic best practices for the department. They will need to be able to get work on multiple projects at once, handle operational capabilities, and implement best departmental practices.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
Determine product demand and customer awareness
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Review and optimize marketing budget
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Develop new products
Provide reports on success
Document new departmental practices
Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
