As Executive Director of the Office of Film and Media, Kathleen Dodge has been the film commissioner of El Dorado County for over 25 years. She has worked to bring media projects to the area – whether film, TV shows, commercials music videos or photo shoots – and coordinates with 75 to 85 local agencies to make sure that happens.
