Here are some shots of what the new mix room looks like in its current form. (I’ll try and make a video later explaining some of this a bit more)
1. SPL reading, no treatment, no eq # #
2. Waterfall plot showing decay time across the spectrum (this is the important stuff!!!)
3. SPL reading with current SoundId eq settings
4.Waterfall for current SoundId settings
5. Provided SPL measurement of the Trident HG3 monitors (pretty damn flat)
6. How SoundId measures the room.
7. “Flat” SoundId correction curve
8. Custom correction curve I use based on the Dolby Atmos curve inside SoundId.
