Welcome to 2025!!! Let's get this party started. Before I tell you how great this episode is (no really, it's really good.), I want to let you all know that we're changing things up slightly in the new year - We’re hoping to improve on our success from last year and give you all more of what's important and more of what matters. Over the next few episodes, you'll notice that we're trying to shorten the overall length of the episodes and keep ourselves on topic. It's a work in progress. We will also use our Bare Bones Banter segments to focus more on a particular topic - a deep dive into a specific psychological disorder or a fascinating mental health aspect.
